Visual artist Chani Demuijlder participates in the collective painting exhibition "Artistas Solidarios - Artistas con Corazon" in Las Rozas (Madrid, Spain) with "Cacti", a small acrylic painting on canvas (30 x 40 cm). This exhibition is in favour of the Spanish NGO Proactiva Open Arms that is rescuing lives in the Mediterranean Sea. Where? BurgoCentro II in Las Rozas, When? From 1-19 April 2017, visual artist Chani Demuijlder participates in the exhibition TAE 17 (#twitterartexhibit) in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshare, England, with her original postcard "Europe 2017" drawn with India ink.
This year, the charity being supported is Molly Olly's Wishes, a charity that "supports children with terminal or life threatening illnesses and their families to help with their emotional wellbeing".

Visual artist Chani Demuijlder will participate in the international exhibition of handmade postcards Twitter Art Exhibit in NYC with "Hope", a small acrylic painting on paper (12 x 16 cm).
Because of the motto "Through art we can change the world", she wanted to create something strong and positive. She wanted a lot of red on her card, colors and forms related to the sun, flowers, hearts and Spanish summer.

From December 23 to 31 2015, the visual artist Chani Demuijlder will be participating in a photography exhibition in Cuenca (Castile-La Mancha, Spain) with photographs taken in Greece.
This solidary exhibition called "Refugiados sin refugios" ('Refugees without refuge') will be in favor of NGO Proactiva Open arms, Spanish volunteers who are at the moment active on Lesbos and Chios (Greece) to save many lives.
